Small businesses are adopting AI for marketing, writing, customer service, analytics and operations. Eric Kuvykin explains why practical workflow value matters more than hype.
AI adoption by small businesses is no longer a future topic. It is already showing up in marketing, search optimization, written communication, customer service, analytics, forecasting and software workflows.
The real issue is quality of use. A small business does not need AI because the market says AI is important. It needs AI when automation saves time, improves response quality, reduces missed follow-up, helps staff understand data or makes customer service more consistent.
